Return Policy
Once your order is processed, barcode numbers are immediately assigned to you and become your property. Because barcodes are a controlled product, we do not accept cancellations or arbitrary returns.
However, in the unlikely event that a barcode does not function properly, we will first work with you to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be fixed, you are entitled to a refund within the specified period.
14‑Day Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if a barcode fails to work and the issue cannot be resolved. In such cases, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, refunds are no longer available.
We are confident that our barcodes are valid, legal, and fully functional. Therefore, refunds are strictly limited to technical failures that cannot be resolved within the 14‑day window.
